2. IMPACTUL ECOLOGIC AL INSECTELOR DAUNATOARE ASUPRA PADURILOR DE FOIOASE DIN BAZINUL SUPERIOR AL RAULUI DOAMNEI - Drd. Romeo RETEVOI
Abstract: In the upper basin of the Domnei River (Argeş County) beside coniferous forests ther are also deciduous forests characterized by great heterogeneity in terms of specific composition. Anthropogenic and climatic factors have enabled the development of pest populations at the expense of forest ecosystems. On the investigated area ther were identified the following species: Parectopa robiniella, Phylonerycter robiniella, Phyllaphys fagi, Andricus quercuscalicis, Tischeria complanella, all registering significant numerical growth. Out these species there have been monitored the oak pests. By using appropriate methods and techniques short-term forecasts of pest populations and have been made the environmental effects of insects on forest products have been identified.

3. FACTORII CARE AU CONTRIBUIT SI CONTRIBUIE LA DISTRIBUTIA MIRIAPODELOR PE SUPRAFATA PAMANTULUI - Drd. Mihaela MINCULETE
Abstract: The spreading of myriapods on the Earth's surface has been influenced by many internal factors (expansion of species, the power of reproduction, dissemination) or external factors (cosmic, telluric, ecological, palaeographical). In systematic terms, myriapods are members along with insects, crustaceans and arachnids of the phylum Arthropoda, and are divided into four groups with the rank of Class: Diplopoda, Chilopoda, Pauropoda and Symphyla. Myriapods are apparently one of the first groups of terrestrial Arthropods who captured terrestrial environment. Diplopoda are known from Late Paleozoic fossils (from Permian and Carboniferous), they were already differentiated and currently known evolutionary lines – Glomerida on one side and the other typical Diplopoda. Pauropoda are not known as fossils, but Symphyla are known from Tertiary when forms were similar to the present ones. From Chilopodas, Geofilidas are known from the Cretaceous and forms to be considered Chilopoda’s dates from Carboniferous. However, similar forms are known only to those present in the Cretaceous and Tertiary (Oligocene). Recently, from the Lower Devonian a fossil, Scutigeromorpha, has been described suggesting that the group is still very old.

5. SCURT ISTORIC ASUPRA CERCETARII PARAZITULUI GIARDIA INTESTINALIS - Drd. Rodica TABACARU
Abstract: Man has always lived with animals, and sought to understand them. Our knowledge of parasitic infections spread in antiquity, and descriptions of parasites and parasitic infections are found in the earliest writings and were confirmed by finding parasites in archaeological material. Zoology, as a science, began in the 16th century with the awakening of a new spirit of observation and exploration, but for a long time had a separate course uninfluenced progress in medical studies of anatomy and physiology. Humans are hosts to nearly 300 species of parasitic worms and over 70 species of protozoa, some derived from our primate ancestors and some acquired from domestic animals that have come into contact during our relatively short history on Earth. The life cycle of Giardia is very simple: the parasite multiply in the duodenum, forms cysts that pass in feces and can infect new individuals when they are swallowing in food or water. In over 300 years till the Giardia parasite was discovered, it has become recognized as a common parasite and potential pathogen worldwide. However, it is not yet known how many species can infect humans, and what role can they hosts, if appropriate, epidemiological infection.

9. RELATII DE SIMPATIE SI ANTIPATIE LA PLANTE - Prof. Univ. Dr. Petre NEACSU
Abstract: Plants are living in a close correlation, each individual plant depending on the neighboring plants. These correlations may determine a better and positive development for plants or may be used to improve their life. Also, a variety of substances produced by these plants associations can be used to fight the natural enemies of these plants. These associations of plants along with their positive and negative effects are presented below. Several such associations are listed in the following tables in order to give ample image of the correlations between plants and how they may influence their close environment.

2. DESCRIEREA SOLUTIEI ECOTEHNICE PROPUSA PENTRU SECTORUL DE APA AFLAT LA CONFLUENTA RAULUI PRAHOVA CU RAUL IALOMITA, AVAL DE BARAJUL DRIDU - Dr.ing. Razvan VOICU, biolog Liliana ALEXANDRU - p. 3 - 14
Abstract: The lotic ecosystems, which belong to lotic ecobioms, have the quality of ecological regenerating even if there are many sources of pollution, but they have a limit and, unfortunately, this limit was exceeded in many places, so the ecological balance is threatened by extinction. Based on solid ecological principles, the ecotechniques is directing other sciences towards perception and use of natural principles along functional energetic exchanges beneficial to the environment, by a minimal consumption of fossil fuels and other natural resources.
The content of this method shows, by concrete examples, that the rivers which, actually represent the life support, can be restored by giving a hope to aquatic and semi-aquatic flora and fauna. Concrete example is Dridu restoration ecobiom (Prahova river, Ialomita river and Lake Dridu) with all engineering and biological components for that project. Disappearance of ecological niches because of the anthropogenic impact upon ecosystems of any kind, led to the disappearance of trophic functionality , therefore, disappearance of biocenosis of the ecosystems leaving non-functional biotops. By the means of presented method, it was possible to create functional miniecosystems, genuine ecological generators, which will lead to the creation of local and after global functionality of the ecobiomes network within the hydrographical basins.

3. PREZENTAREA AVER – ASOCIATIA VEHICULELOR ELECTRICE DIN ROMANIA - Prof. Univ. Dr. Grigore DANCIU, Drd. Dan Diegis NICOLAE - p. 15 – 25
Abstract: Automobiles/on-highway/off-highway vehicles, and
internal combustion engines in particular, are widely considered the main air
pollution source in urban/large urban areas. Therefore the efforts of reducing
the emissions thru new types of less polluting fuels, motors or powertrains in
the automotive and internal combustion engines development are very important
and encouraged not only by the governmental organizations, but by all
environmentalists, their organizations, and their publications.
The interest of the Romanian scientific and technical community in electric vehicles dates back in the late 70s and early 80s. The work of a few enthusiastic inventors has led to experimental models of electric bikes, scooters, tricycles, and some electric automobiles prototypes, as well as scientific papers and books.
This paper presents the AVER – Romanian Electric Vehicles Association which supports and promotes the Electric Vehicles in Romania in correlation with the European Union projects and standards. The Association is unveiled thru an interview with Professor Grigore Danciu, one of the founders of AVER. The interview is listing in detail the main tasks, major achievements, and projects of this association, including characteristics of the Electric Vehicle prototypes developed and tested by AVER.
Keywords: Electric Vehicles, EV projects, Electric Vehicle development, promoting Electric Vehicles

5. POLUAREA CU METALE GRELE – FACTOR MAJOR IN DETERIORAREA ECOSISTEMELOR - Camelia POPESCU – p. 30 – 34
Abstract: Systemic toxic pollutants such as heavy metals, exerts its actions on different organs and systems of the body, the effect is specific to this substance. Their spread in the environment is becoming more and very important is the fact that they accumulate in the environment and human body and can cause insidiously severe pathological alterations.
The aim of this paper is to prove that the vegetation at the side of a street with heavy car traffic in an urban area is characterized by a high level of concentrations in heavy metals, especially lead, relative to the vegetation in a rural area. The theoretical air emissions were calculated taking into account the number and type of cars that transit the area in 24 hours Heavy metals concentrations were measured in the samples of vegetation (grass) from the two areas: Nicolae Balcescu Street in Pitesti and Radu Negru village, Calinesti, an area far from traffic and industries. The bioaccumulation factors were calculated, too, resulting higher values in the polluted area, which means that the transfer of pollutants is more intense in this area.

Abstract: This approach tries to present some problems of the nuclear energy and its consequences on the environment. The radiations and the natural radioactivity have always made part of the environment, but because of the absence of their impact on human’s senses, they have relatively late took the attention of scientists. From the radiations and the radioactive materials, by now, several applications concerning the radionuclides properties were introduced and also new technologies were created, the result of all these being the radioactive products wanted or not. In consequence any person on the Earth is permanently submitted to the radiations activity which proceed from both natural and artificial sources. In these terms any protection system against radiations must have a well defined domain. The estimation of doses recived from every source is a permanent preoccupation of some international and national organizations. The most important percentage in the total dose of one person’s irradiation comes to natural radioactivity, but this is not at all a reason that justifies the ignoration of the artificial radiations sources, even if they have small contributions, which are easily controlled. Before the second world war, the environment radioactivity was a natural phaenomena. The subsequent development of the energetic nuclear reactors and the experiments with nuclear bombs in ’60-’70 led to environment contamination with radionuclides. The most representative example is the accident of the RMBK reactor from Cernobil. All this led to the concentration of the efforts in studying the behaviour of radionuclides in environment physics and

Un nou proiect eco-educativ marca Team Work
